Group tours make for a unique company outing or team building experience. We offer both staff-guided and self-guided tours at a discounted group rate of $5/person (+tax) for groups of 15-30. One payment for the entire group is preferred. Tours -range from 45-60 minutes and can be customized according to group interest and age. Group tours must be scheduled in advance, we recommend one week notice and are subject to staff availability. Contact our Curator, Doug Meloan at [email protected] or 785-236-5501 ext 302.
MDCC is happy to partner with your class or organization for an educational visit. Field Trip reservations must be made one week in advance and typically require one adult for every eight students attending. For educational groups with kids under 16, admission is free. Other field trip groups are $5 per person. Please contact our Events Manager at [email protected] to setup your Field Trip today.
We offer fun kid focused activities including age-appropriate scavenger hunts, self-guided kids audio tour and guided tour for kids.
